Thank you for contacting Reno Direct regarding Prostate Cancer Awareness Month in September.

We would be happy to do a proclamation for this awful Cancer.  You can contact the Mayor's office in July to see if you can get on the Council agenda for the August 26th meeting, if you would be available to accept the proclamation or you know of someone who could attend.  Or if there is a special event, we can have a proclamation prepared for that.   

I have attached a proclamation we did in 2000, to give you an idea of the wording we would need.

As far as having the blue bulbs in Reno's arch, there is a cost involved, somewhere around $1600.

I have made a map that shows the cities I know have stated that they are going to issue a Proclamation support Prostate Cancer Awareness in the month of September. I have not contacted all these cities.

Besides Cities I am writing to companies to Support Cancer Awareness. I received the following form Kroger:
